This is another company that needs or changed (move at the pace technology moves nowadays ) or die in this technology revolution. I hope Oracle with its $1.9 Billion payed for Taleo does some good changes. The reason I’m saying all this is because while applying for a new job I uploaded my resume to the Taleo system (you know work and education history and references) and after clicked save changes button the next screen is asking all my work and education history again without letting me skip it, and went on asking questions not related at all to the job I was applying; well, long story short, it took me so much time to find the addresses for each school and college I attended (seriously the most stupidest thing, who remembers all that info), I’m telling you this is a dumb process (or company) that needs to change ASAP or be killed for a new start up. Why do you think? have you used the taleo system?
